Lux Dental Group will make every effort to assist you with the submission of all dental claims electronically, however please be aware that you will be responsible for any services that are not covered by your plan. We offer very flexible payment arrangements should you require them. Some insurance companies may also require a pre-estimate to be sent before any treatments are rendered. We can always assist you with this process but it may take up to two weeks to receive a reply. Please keep this in mind prior to scheduling your appointment. Alternatively, we would be more than happy to contact your benefits company and obtain detailed insurance information verbally.
